摘　　要：我国通识教育经过近30年的健康发展,日臻擢升了高校培养人才基本职能的践履水准,但与现代信息科学技术尚缺乏深度的融合,尚有较大的发展空间。"互联网+通识教育",是利用互联网的平台,利用信息通信技术,把互联网和高校的通识教育结合起来而创新的一种教育模式,其发展路径的探索与实践,有益于破解通识教育"谁来教,教什么"的难题。After nearly 30 years＇ sound development, general education in China has observably raised the level of talent cultivation in colleges. But it is still lack of deep integration with the modern information technology, which has larger development space. ＂Internet4General Education＂ was to use Internet platform and information technology to create a new education model combining Internet and general education. Its exploration and practice was beneficial to solve the problem of＂who teach and teach what＂.
