摘 要:基于玉米芯中木聚糖与纤维素和木质素之间通过化学键紧密结合,为了从玉米芯中提取木聚糖,采用预处理与蒸煮相结合的方法。3种预处理液(H_2SO_4、NaOH和蒸馏水)中,NaOH预处理效果最好。碱液预处理可以使玉米芯充分溶胀,并去除部分杂质。预处理结束后,对玉米芯进行进一步的蒸煮提取,对蒸煮条件进行正交试验,确定木聚糖提取的最佳条件为蒸煮时间为40 min、蒸煮温度为120℃和料液比为1∶10(g/m L)。在此条件下,木聚糖提取率、平均聚合度和色度分别是26.7%、2.8和0.85。Xylan, cellulose and lignin in corncob were closely linked by chemical bond. In order to extract xylan from Corncob, the combination of the pretreatment liquids and cooking methods was used. Among three kinds of pretreatment fluids (NaOH, H2SO4 and distilled water), the effect of NaOH was the best. Alkaline pretreatment of corncob can make full swelling, and remove some impurities. After the alkaline pretreatment, the corncob were further cooking extraction. Orthogonal experiments were carried out for cooking conditions, The optimum extraction conditions were as follow: cooking time was 40 min, cooking temperature was 120℃ and ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 10 (g/mL). Under these conditions, the extraction rate, the average degree of polymerization and color value were 26.7 %, 2.8 and 0.85, respectively.
