摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈及德尔菲问卷调查等方法对校园足球教练员的工作胜任能力进行研究,构建了一套科学的评价体系,包括4个一级指标、10个二级指标及42个三级指标,可以对校园足球教练员的工作胜任力进行科学合理的评价,对教练员培训和校园足球的蓬勃发展起到促进作用。This article studies on the evaluation system of the campus football coaches＇ work competency by using methods of document research, expert interviews and Delphi questionnaire survey. A comprehensive and detailed assessment system has been built, including 4 first-level indicators, 10 secondary-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators, which can give a scientific evaluation on the competency of campus football coaches and can promote the training of coaches and the vigorous development of campus football.
