摘 要:利用真菌培养基及冻干技术提取液体发酵条件下厚黑拟层孔菌的胞外多糖,利用人体(成人及儿童)粪便提取物作为发酵底物,在模拟人体肠道(厌氧及37℃)环境条件下进行系统发酵,对发酵后体系的短链脂肪酸(甲酸、乙酸、丙酸及丁酸)进行检测。研究结果表明:以成人及儿童粪便提取液作为发酵底物模拟人体肠道环境下,短链脂肪酸的含量随发酵时间的延长而增加,同时也随着胞外多糖浓度的增加而有显著增加。儿童粪便发酵体系中产生的短链脂肪酸要高于成人粪便发酵条件下产生的短链脂肪酸。The experiment using fungi medium and freezing dry technique extraction liquid fermentation conditions of fomitopsis castaneus Imaz polysaccharide, using the human body(adults and children) fecal extracts as fermentation substrate, in simulating human intestinal(anaerobic and 37 ℃) environmental conditions of fermentation system. The short chain fatty acids(formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid) of the fermentation system were detected. The results of the study show that: in adult and children's feces extract as fermentation substrate simulating human intestinal environment, short chain fatty acid contents increased with the increase of fermentation time and with the extracellular polysaccharide content increased significantly. Short chain fatty acids produced in children's fecal fermentation system are higher than the shor t chain fatty acids produced under the adult fecal fermentation conditions.
