摘　　要：通过对某大型家具企业计件工资制的调研,分析了其计件工资制的计件类型和产品结构工艺要点,并以实例方式说明了基于研究产品结构确定计件工资制解决员工个人工资分配的问题,旨在使家具企业的计件工资分配更具有效性、合理性和科学性,从而达到降低成本、保证质量和提升效率的目的。Through researching the piece wage system of a large-scale furniture enterprise, the authors of this paper analyze the type of piece wage system and product construction as well as essentials of the process, and illustrate by examples how the piece wage system determined through researching products structure to solve the personal wage assignment problem. This paper aims to make piece wage distribution of furniture enterprises more efficient, rational and scientific, thus to achieve the purposes of saving cost, ensuring the quality and enhancing the efficiency.
