摘　　要：现代学校教育时间及其结构对学校教育的内部结构治理具有重要意义。不可否认的是现实学校教育时间已然异化为机械化的时间、碎片化的时间以及霸权化的时间。这不仅导致学校教育生活由"时间导向"取代"工作导向",更使得学校中的人处于一种压力化生存和身体时间化状态。但是学校中人的成长规律及学校教育活动的本质却要求学校教育时间必须回归其应然状态,即一种自由时间、个性时间及开放时间,学校教育时间才能真正成为人的发展空间。Educational time of modern school and its structure were of great importance in internal governance of modern school. Undeniably,educational time of school had dissimilated to mechanistic time, fragmented time and hegemonic time. This not only gave rise to＂time orientation＂taking the place of＂task orientation＂of educational life in school,but also made the people in school in state of pressurization and the temporalization of body. But the law of growth of people in school and the essence of educational activity required educational time of school to return to its should-be state,that was to say free time,individualized time and opening time. Then,educational time of school would really become the space of human development.
