摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸菌联合Ⅰ型干扰素对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗疗效。方法将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组60例和观察组60例。对照组口服复方乳酸菌胶囊治疗，每次1—2粒，3次／d；观察组在对照组的基础上皮下注射Ⅰ型干扰素，每次1×106-3×106ml，3次／周，疗程3个月。比较2组患者的近期疗效，治疗前后的临床症状评分，满意度及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后，观察组的总有效率90．00％显著高于对照组75．00％（P〈0.05）；2组患者的临床症状评分显著改善，且观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组满意度为96．77％明显高于对照组77．42％（P〈0．05）；2组不良反应发生率无差异（P〈0．05）。结论乳酸菌联合I型干扰素对溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效显著，且不良反应率小，满意度高，应在临床推广使用。Objective investigate the therapeutic effect of Laetobacillus combined with interferon I on ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 120 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each for 60 cases. The control group received oral compound lactic acid bacteria capsule for treatment, 1 to 2 tablets, tid ; subcutaneous injection of interferon I was given to observation group on the basis of the control group treatment, each time 1×106 to 3×106 ml, 3 times a week. The 2 groups were treated for 3 months. The short-term clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score before and after treatment, the satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of observation group 90.00% was significantly higher than that of control group 75.00% （ P〈0.05 ）. Clinical symptom scores of the 2 groups were significantly improved, and the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group efficacy satisfaction was 96. 77% which was significantly higher than that of control group 77.42% （ P〈0.05 ）. Adverse reaction of 2 groups was no significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Laetobacillus com- bined with interferon I has significant effect on treatment of ulcerative colitis with little adverse reaction and high satisfaction, which should be promoted and used in the clinic.
