摘 要:医教协同深化临床医学研究生培养是高等教育的重大改革,是医学人才培养模式的重要创新。然而医教协同涉及复杂利益,包含多个环节和过程,如何实现研究生培养和住院医规培的无缝对接,避免"两张皮"现象,成为摆在医学高校面前的重要难题。本文运用流程再造理论,重新梳理人才培养环节,理清关系,归并职能,明确责任,为各高校结合实际开展深入的流程再造提供了新的思考。he synergy medical education deepening the cultivation of postgraduate education of clinical medicine isa major reform of higher education. Furthermore, it is also an important innovation of medical personnel training mode.However, the synergy medical education involves complex interests and contains many links and processes. Hence, how torealize the seamless joint of postgraduate students training and the normalized training of resident doctors, while avoiding thephenomenon of "two peels", becomes an important problem. On the basis of process reengineering theory, the paper intendsto provide a new thinking for various universities by carrying out an in-depth process reengineering combined with its realrequirements through the procedures of teasing out the key links of personnel training, clearing relations, incorporatingfunctions and defining responsibilities.
