中国诗歌典籍英译语言特征的历时性考察——以《诗经》三个英译本为例

摘　　要：通过自建《诗经》英译本平行-可比复合语料库,验证显化、简化以及范化三种翻译特征在诗歌体裁译本中的表现程度,并从历时性角度对其内在动因进行分析。分析表明:在人称代词主语的使用方面,三个译本均呈现出明显的语际显化趋势;但比较形合度后,发现三个译本的语内显化倾向不明显。此外,分析结果并未完全支持简化与范化假说。导致这个结果的原因是:汉英之间的语言差异和诗歌源语特征等言内因素以及历史文化背景、时代特征、译者的政治伦理观点等言外因素。This paper attempts to investigate the translational features of the English versions of ancient Chinese poems from diachronic point of view by means of compiling The Book of Poetry muti-corpora which include a parallel corpus as well as a comparable corpus. The results prove the feature of extra-explicitation,but the feature of intra-explicitation is not well proved. Furthermore,the results show that the standardization and simplification features of translation are not totally available in poem translations. The reasons for that include both intralingua and extralingual factors such as the difference between the Chinese language and English language,the features of poems,the historic and cultural background and the attitude to politics and ethic of the translators.
