摘　　要：[目的]探讨高职高专护生的临终关怀态度及相关影响因素。[方法]采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取我校护理专业2014级两个班级的105名护生,应用护士人文关怀品质量表、死亡态度量表、职业性临终关怀态度量表对105名护生进行调查。[结果]高职高专护生临终关怀态度的个人忧虑、专业忧虑态度维度得分分别为54.37分±3.90分、73.07分±3.89分;死亡恐惧与临终关怀态度各维度呈正相关(P<0.05);护理人文关怀知识与专业忧虑态度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示关怀知识、死亡恐惧是影响护生临终关怀态度的主要因素。[结论]我校高职高专护生临终关怀忧虑水平较高,护理人文关怀知识、死亡恐惧影响职业性临终关怀态度。Objective:To probe into the hospice care attitude of nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges and related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 105 nursing students were selected from nursing profession grade 2014 in our school by using cluster random sampling.They were surveyed by the humanistic care quality scale,attitudes towards death scale,and nursing professional hospice care attitude scale.Results:The personal worries and professional anxiety scores of hospice care attitude of nursing students in higher vocational colleges were 54.37±3.90,73.07±3.89.Fear of death was positively correlated with all dimensions of hospice care(P<0.05).The knowledge of nursing humanistic care was positively correlated with professional care(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caring knowledge and the fear of death were the main factors influencing the nursing students attitude of hospice care.Conclusion:The level of hospice care of nursing students in higher vocational colleges was higher.Nursing humanistic care knowledge and fear of death affected the attitude of professional hospice care.
