摘 要:运用横断历史元分析法对1990—2012年高中生(含中职生)的心理健康文献进行研究,这些文献以症状自评量表(SCL—90)为研究工具,共包括118 117名高中生。结果发现:我国高中生在1990—2004年15年间,心理健康水平缓慢下降;自2005年至2012年,高中生心理健康水平趋于平稳。女生比男生心理健康水平更低,而且20多年来心理健康水平下降更快。高三年级学生比高一和高二学生心理健康水平更低;东部地区高中生心理健康水平显著优于中西部地区高中生,中职生心理健康水平略低于普通高中生。The Cross-temporal meta-analysis has been applied to examine the changes of Chinese high school students" (including secondary vocational school students) mental health based on the SCL-90 in the past two decades (1990---2012). In the study, 118 117 high school students have been included in the data. The result has shown that, firstly, the mental health level of Chinese high school students has been decreased gradually from 1990 to 2004, and the mental health level has remained relatively steady from 2005 to 2012; secondly, the mental health level of female students is rather lower than that of male students, and the female students" mental health level has decreased more rapidly than male students in the past two decades; thirdly, the menial health level in Grade Three is rather lower than other grades; fourthly, the mental health level of high school students in the eastern area is obviously positive than that of the students" in the western and central area; fifthly, the mental health of students in secondary vocational schools is less positive than that of the regular high school students.
