摘 要:采用问卷调查、非结构访谈和课堂观察相结合的方法,对中国海洋大学慕课(MOOCs)学习满意度进行实证研究。研究得出以下结论:慕课总体学习满意度及7个分学习满意度水平均较高,但线上平台的技术支持和管理水平还需提高;各分学习满意度与总体学习满意度之间呈显著正相关关系;不同性别、年级和专业大类的学生慕课学习满意度水平存在显著差异。研究认为,通过加大线上平台建设力度、提高线上交流模块的利用水平、完善慕课课程考核评价体系和方法等,有利于提高大学生慕课学习满意度。The authors conducted the survey by unstructured interviews, questionnaires and classroom observation to do the empirical research on MOOCs learning satisfaction. The survey results showed that Seven MOOCs learning satisfaction and overall satisfaction are higher, but significant differences between various levels of learning satisfaction, especially for the online platform management which should be improved; different genders, grades and majors cause significant differences as to MOOCs learning satisfaction. In view of the problems found, intensifying the building of online platform, increasing the utilization of online communication module and perfecting MOOCs assessment methods were proposed in order to improve the learning satisfaction of the students.
