摘 要:教学效能感直接作用于教师的教学工作,包括教学策略效能感、课堂管理效能感和促进学生投入效能感。对重庆、上海、江苏三省市6631名民办高校教师的问卷调查发现,民办高校教师总体教学效能感较高,促进学生投入方面的效能感较低;T检验、方差分析等均值比较分析显示,属性特征(性别、年龄),资历特征(学历、职称、教龄)以及岗位特征(工作性质、承担课程门数、学时量)等对民办高校教师教学效能感有显著影响。为此,建议采取多样化措施,提高民办高校教师教学效能感。Teaching efficacy, including efficacy in using instructional strategies (IS), efficacy for classroom management (CM) and efficacy to promote student engagement (SE), has a direct impact on teaching. The questionnaire survey on 6631 teachers in private universities and colleges finds out that the overall teaching efficacy of the samples is relatively higher, while the efficacy to promote student engagement is lower; mean value comparative analysis( T-test and ANOVA)results show that nature characteristics (gender and age), experience characteristics (education, title and years of teaching), and job characteristics (job nature, number of teaching subjects and teaching loads) have a range of impacts on teaching efficacy. Thus the paper suggests private universities and colleges pay attention to influence factors affecting teachers' teaching efficacy in order to improve the efficacy.
