摘　　要：阐述我校的中医专业特点,分析现状和存在的问题,提出有关提升就业竞争力的建议:培养高尚医德,树立"仁者之心";牢固掌握专业知识,加强医学实践技能;加强就业指导力度;就业心理素质的调整与完善;拓展就业思路,提高就业成功率;以期为中医院校提高中医专业学生的就业竞争力提供有益的参考。Through describing the professional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in our school, this paper analyzed the status quo and existing problems, and put forward advice on employment competitiveness as follows： cuhivating noble medical ethics and setting up the ＂benevolent heart＂, firmly grasping the professional knowledge and strengthening medical practice skills, strengthening the employment guidance, adjustment and improvement on the psychological quality of employment, expanding employment and improving the success rate of employment, in order to provide the beneficial reference for improve the employment competitiveness of students of traditional Chinese medicine.
