对住院医师规范化培训的几点思考

摘　　要：规范化培训是国际医学界公认的培养合格临床医师的必由之路，是提高一个国家和地区医疗水平的治本之策。目前我国的住院医师规范化培训机制已建立，并已出台实施相关配套激励措施的文件，在政策落实的初期面临一些问题影响培训质量。本文就目前我国住院医师规范化培训现状进行总结，并提供相关参考建议。Standardized residency training is recognized necessary to train qualified clinicians, and the fundamental strategy to improve medical levels of the region and nation. At present, China＇s standardized residency training system has been established and has introduced the implementation of relevant supporting documents. However, in the early stage of the implementation of the policy, some problems affecting the quality of training appeared. In this article, the authors summarize the current situation of the standardized residency training, and provide relevant suggestions.
