A Transient Dynamics Study on Rail Corrugation in the Transitional Section from Cologne-egg Fasteners Section to Fix-dual Short Sleepers in a Sharp Curved Track

摘  要:基于轮轨摩擦耦合自激振动导致钢轨波磨的观点,建立位于小半径曲线轨道上科隆蛋扣件和普通短轨枕交界区段的两轮对-钢轨-轨枕有限元模型,在小半径曲线上,轮轨间的蠕滑力通常达到饱和状态,其值等于法向力乘以动摩擦因数。采用ABAQUS软件研究轮轨系统的瞬态动力学过程,获得轮对通过该区段时钢轨表面的振动加速度和接触力的变化规律。通过结果分析可发现,在内轨和内轮上发生了严重的摩擦自激振动,从而产生了钢轨波磨;钢轨的振动在科隆蛋扣件区段比在普通短轨枕区段明显。Based on the viewpoint of friction-induced vibration causing rail corrugation, a wheelset-track finite element model consisting of two wheelsets in the transitional Section from a Cologne-egg sleeper section to a fix-dual short sleeper section in a sharp curved track was built.In this model,the creep forces between the wheels and rails were assumed to be saturated, which are equal to the normal contact forces times the friction coefficient.The transient dynamics process of the system was studied with the ABAQUS package.The variations of the vibration acceleration of the rail surfaces in the normal direction when a vehicle travels from the Cologne-egg fastener section to the fix-dual short sleeper section were obtained. Results show that there is severe friction-induced vibration between the inner wheel and the low rail, and then rail corruga- tion occurs.The vibration in the Cologne-egg fastener section is severer than that in the fix-dual short sleeper section.
