摘　　要：文章基于某车型的动力学仿真模型,利用DFSS方法,对整车冲击强度的影响因素进行了敏感度分析,并找出敏感因子,确定了车辆平顺性能提升的优化方案,为后续车辆平顺性能优化提供了借鉴。The influence factors to the impact hardness of the vehicle are studied based on the vehicle dynamics CAE model with design for six sigma（DFSS） technique. The sensitivity factors have been founded and the optimal schemes for enhancing the ride performance are set up and it will be guided for the future..
