摘 要:通过文献法、访谈法,编制了来华留学生在高校的适应性问卷,对全国651名留学生进行调查,发现留学生在高校的适应性受到学校学习环境、教师形象、学校教学管理方式以及食堂等生活条件的影响。提出应优化管理细节、优化不同适应期的应对措施、优化师生关系三条建议,更好地促进来华留学生的适应性,保障留学生管理工作的顺利开展。Through the hterature method and interview method,compiled adaptability questionnaire for foreignstudents in universities. 651 students were investigated,which show that the adaptability of foreign students in the collegewere affected by the learning environment in school,the image of teachers,teaching management of school and canteensand other living conditions. Three suggestions were proposed that we should optimize the details of management,optimize adaptation measures in different period,optimize the teacher-student relationship,thus promote adaptabilitybetter of foreign students,and ensure that the foreign student management work is carried out smoothly.
