地方院校实施校企合作人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：当前,我国高等教育已进入大众化教育阶段,地方本科院校已逐渐在我国高等教育中占据重要位置,大多数地方院校办学时间不长,而他们又需要承担为地方经济培养人才的重任。因此,校企合作,以分析人才培养需求为基础,使企业参与到人才培养中,同时把地方高校特色结合起来,对校企合作人才培养模式展开深入全面的培养,将对实施该培养模式起到积极促进作用。At present,our country＇s higher education has entered the stage of popular education,local undergraduatecolleges and universities has gradually occupy the important position in higher education in our country,most of the localcolleges and universities school time is not long,and they need to take the multitude of training talents for the local e-conomy. University-enterprise cooperati0n,therefore,on the basis of analysis of training needs,make the enterprise in-volved in the talent training,combining characteristics of local colleges at the same time,the cooperation between col-leges training mode on the cultivation of comprehensive,will implement to training mode to play an active role.
