摘 要:心血管内科学是一门医学理论和临床学科,心电图是心血管疾病诊断必不可少的手段,然而其教学的内容多,易混淆,是教学部分中的重难点。传统的教学中学生理解及消化心电图较难。近年来一些其他的学习方式也逐渐流行。一种以学生为中心的教学方法,TBL教学对于学生知识难点的掌握提供了一种有效的方法。方法:对传统教学方式及传统+TBL教学方式的两组学生,通过心电图课程的教学,分析其课堂反应、理论考试结果,观察两者在学生知识掌握程度及素质培养上的差别。结果:与传统教学方法相比,传统教学联合TBL教学模式的方法在心电图的教学中,可提高学生的自主学习能力,加深对重点难点的掌握程度,增加学习兴趣,培养探索精神,素质教学得到提升。结论:传统教学联合TBL教学方法,为重点难点的教学提供了新的思路和指导,可在大学教学工作中进行推广。Backgr0unds:Carology is a theory and clinical application in medicine study. Electrocardiogram is a necessary method in diagnosis for cardiovascular disease. In traditional teaching process,students hard to learn and master electro- cardiogram. In recent years,team based learning (TBL) is becoming more popular for its key role of student. Methods:In this study,two classes was divided into two groups. Traditional teaching method was used in Class I; traditional teaching combined TBL method was used in Class VI. The effect of TBL on student learning was evaluated by analyzing the reaction of classroom circumstance and correlating it with the student's performance in summafive as- sessment. ResultS:Compared to traditional method,the method of traditional combined TBL improved self-learning ability, deepen master the key and diffcult,increased interest in learning and also can cultivate the spirit of exploration. Conclusion:The traditional teaching combined with TBL provide a new method for difficult and important parts in learning and should be promoted in University' s teaching.
