摘　　要：产教融合,引导社会力量参与办学,是当前职业教育发展的主旋律。盐城卫生职业技术学院与广州金域医学检验有限公司在校内共建生产性实训基地,本文从校企合作生产性实训基地体制机制建设、专兼结合的指导教师团队建设、实践教学体系建设等方面介绍基地的运行模式,为职业院校建设生产性实训基地,特别是医学检验技术专业生产性实训基地的建设与运行提供可借鉴的经验。Currently,enterprises are encouraged to participate in vocational education,so as to promote the devel- opment of vocational education. School.-enterprise cooperation is the theme of the current development of vocational education. Yancheng vocational institute of health sciences is with KingMed Diagnostics company to build a productive training base. This article describes the base operating mode,in terms of institution and mechanisms building, the training of full-time and part-time teachers,construction of practical teaching systems. It aims to provide useful experience for vocational schools in building productive training base,especially for medical laboratory technology.
