高等职业院校学籍预警机制与预警转化途径的探究

摘　　要：随着高校教育规模不断扩大,高校教学质量、人才培养目标、内部管理模式问题日益凸显,高等职业院校更为突出。目前高等职业院校延期毕业学生人数和中途流失学生人数持续增加,学生与学校之间因学籍管理产生的矛盾也日趋激烈。在大学生学籍管理中建立并完善学籍预警管理机制并为预警学生提供相应的补救措施,是目前缓解这一矛盾的有效途径。with the continuous expanding of the scale of higher vocational colleges,problems of teaching quality,talent cultivation objectives,internal management model in universities have become increasingly prominent,especially those of higher vocational schools.At present,the number of higher vocational graduate and number of midway loss students continue to increase,the contradiction between students and school register management generated from the register management are becoming increasingly fierce.Establishing and improving early warning mechanisms for school register management and providing appropriate remedial measures to alert students is an effective way to alleviate this contradiction.
