摘　　要：随着国家一系列关于现代职业教育发展政策的有序推进，一批高职院校办学水平得以迅速提升，“一带一路”倡议为我国高职院校“走出去”办学提供了战略机遇。通过研究高职教育办学的现状与困境，分析得出高职院校特色化、国际化发展的路径与对策，为高职教育“走出去”办学的有效实施提供政策保障，有利于加快高职院校国际合作办学进程，为高职院校培养复合型、国际化人才提供广阔空间。With a series of national policy on the development of modern occupation education, education level of Higher vocational college is rapidly improved. ＂ One Road, One Belt＂ provides a strategic opportunity for China＇s higher vocational education to ＂go out＂ running school. The current situation and difficulties of higher vocational ed- ucation was researched and analyzed, The ways and Countermeasures of the characteristics and international develop- ment of higher vocational college are obtained, to provide policy support for the effective implementation of the ＂going out＂ school of higher vocational education, to speed up the process of international cooperation of higher vocational colleges,to provide a broad space for higher vocational colleges to cultivate composite and international talents.
