摘　　要：在各类学科迅猛发展的今天,大学学科文化在不断地继承和创新中逐渐形成各自成熟的体系,并因学科知识体系的相对稳定性、学科边界的日趋开放性,和学科文化整体的育人性特征,在潜移默化中对大学生职业思维、职业价值取向与职业行为方式的形成和发展产生着深远的影响。基于上述认识,开展具有学科特色的职业生涯主题教育活动,切实提高大学生职业发展能力,促进大学生职业发展。With the rapid development of various subjects,based on heritage and innovation of these subjects＇ culture,it gradually forms into a complete system. Stabilized structure of subject knowledge,accessible of subjects among different boundaries,educational characteristics of the whole subject cultural background promotes a profound influence to the undergraduate for their thought of career,their value of career choice,formation and development of their occupational behavior. Based on the knowledge of that,it＇s essential to improve the career ability of college students. Hence,it will promote the vocational development of students.
