摘  要:随着我国经济快速发展、产业升级和新型行业的产生,社会对人才的需求呈现多元化的特点。人才培养模式从"精英教育模式"向"大众化教育模式"转变,实践证明应用型人才培养已成为高等教育发展的必然趋势。本文采取案例分析法,以铜仁学院为个案研究对象,探讨应用型人才培养模式对毕业生就业的优劣态势。Witla the rapid development of China's economy industrial upgrading and the generation of new industries,the social demand for talent appears the characteristics of diversity. Talelat training mode changes from "elite education mode" to "popular education mode",and the practice has proved that the cultivation of applied talents has become the inevitable trend of the development of higher education. This paper adopts the case analysis method and takes Tongren University as a case study object,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the training mode of applied talents for the employment of graduates.
