摘　　要：工业微生物学作为生物工程专业重要的核心课程,教学方法的改进一直是热点问题。本文探讨PBL方法在教学上的应用,通过设定问题、课堂讨论、教师分析总结、实验方法设计、教师审核、实验操作等步骤,激发学生学习积极性,适应专业学习的需要,适应现代生物技术迅速发展的要求。Industrial microbiology is the core course for biological engineering. The improvement of teaching methods has been a hot issue. This paper examines PBL method in the teaching application,by setting the problem,class discussions,teacher analysis and summary;experimental method design, teacher review, experiment practice,stimulate the enthusiasm of students learning,adapt to professional learning needs as well as requirements of the rapid development of modem biological technology.
