摘  要:【目的】研究不同品种甜樱桃的贮藏特性.【方法】对6种甜樱桃品种在低温条件下贮藏60d,研究其果实耐贮藏特性.【结果】甜樱桃‘拉宾斯’失水率最小,为4.23%;‘艳阳’果实硬度降幅最小,为29.43%;‘宾库’‘艳阳’‘甜心’贮藏期腐烂率显著低于其他品种,分别为3.93%,4.43%,5.47%;‘宾库’可溶固形物含量增幅明显,达到了18.86%;‘宾库’‘拉宾斯’可滴定酸含量降低幅度较大,分别为51.22%,47.00%;‘宾库’抗坏血酸含量降幅最小,为31.2%;‘萨米脱’‘艳阳’及‘拉宾斯’SOD总活力降幅最低,分别为37.45%,39.03%和39.30%.【结论】综合分析,‘宾库’‘艳阳’是低温条件下贮藏特性较好的甜樱桃品种,‘甜心’次之.【Objective】To research the storage characteristics on six cultivars of sweet cherry in Tianshui of Gansu.【Method】The fruit were stored at low temperature storage for 60 d,and some parameters were determined on postharvest physiological and biochemical.【Result】After 60 days of storage,‘Lapins' had the least weight loss,with 4.23%;‘Sunburst'had the minimum decrease in fruit hardness,with29.43%;‘Bing',‘Sunburst'and ‘Sweetheart'had significantly lower decay rate than others,with3.93%,4.43% and 5.47%respectively;‘Bing'had an obvious increase in total soluble solid content,with18.86%%;‘Bing'and ‘Lapins' had an obvious decrease in titratable acid content,with 51.22% and47.00%.‘Bing'had the least decrease in ascorbic acid content,with 31.2%;‘Summit',‘Sunburst'and‘Lapins' maintained a higher SOD activity,with 37.45%,39.03%and 39.30%.【Conclusion】It is suggested that ‘Bing'and ‘Sunburst'showed a good storage characteristics at low temperature,next one is‘Sweetheart'.
