应用型高校实践教学的学生满意度提升路径

摘　　要：实践教学是高校应用型人才培养的关键环节,其质量评价应以学生满意度为导向。基于建构主义理论,从实践教学过程、师资、环境和质量监控四个方面,构建提升实践教学学生满意度路径体系。采用PLS对应用型本科的管理类专业进行实证检验,研究发现实践教学过程、师资和质量监控对学生满意度提升具有显著直接正向作用;实践教学过程、师资在质量监控对学生满意度提升上具有部分中介作用;实践教学环境对学生满意度的提升作用不显著。Students＇ satisfaction is a vital factor in assessing the quality of practice teaching in applied talents＇ cultivation of universities. This article used the PLS empirically to investigate the practice teaching in colleges of management in attempt to construct an effective path to raise students＇ satisfaction, based on the theory of constructivism in the perspective of the teaching process, faculty, environment and quality control. It found that the teaching process, faculty and quality control were positively correlated to the enhancement of students＇ satisfaction as a mediating factor while teaching environments had no significant effects on the promotion of students＇ satisfaction.
