基于高职学生职业素养培育的礼仪教学模式探究

摘　　要：职业素养是高职学生应该具备的综合素质,礼仪教育是培育学生职业素养的有效方式。高职礼仪教育要确立教育新理念,设置以礼仪课堂教学为中心的多元化教学体系,创新考核评价办法,实现高职学生职业素养和礼仪技能的双重提升。The professional quality is a comprehensive quality that higher vocational college students should have. And etiquette education is an effective way to cultivate it. To improve students＇ professional quality and etiquette skills,this paper suggests renewing education concept,diversifying classroom teaching,and innovating assessment methods.
