新建地方院校教师教育专业转型发展的路径选择

摘  要:随着我国教育改革的推进,地方师范院校教师教育专业体系存在专业相似度高、办学特色不鲜明、学科专业应用性不明显、人才培养机制僵化、教师转型动力不足、转型方向模糊等问题。新建地方院校教师教育专业应适应转型发展的要求,从办学理念、教师队伍、课程结构、人才培养、教学实践、制度创新等方面进行反思优化,促进教师教育专业的合理转型。As the educational reform in China advances, the transformational development of the Teacher Education Specialty in the local normal colleges and universities is hindered by many problems, among which are high similarity in specialty, undistin- guished school-running characteristics, disciplines and courses incapable of being applied, rigid mechanism for talent cultivation, unmotivated teachers, and unclear direction. Therefore, we need to reflect on the philosophy of schooling, construction of the teach- ing staff, structure of the curriculum, talent cultivation mechanism, teaching practice, and system innovation before we can make possible a healthy transformational development of this specialty in the newly-buih colleges and universities.
