对我国大学体育课程引进休闲体育的思考

摘　　要：随着人们余暇时间的增加、物质经济条件的改善、健康意识的增强、精神压力的增大,我国休闲体育已经发展起来。大学生余暇时间比较充足,大学有满足开展休闲体育的场馆设施,大学生"健康第一""终身体育"的意识不断增强,大学生就业压力空前增大,这些都为我国大学体育课程引进休闲体育提供了条件或需求。大学体育课程引进休闲体育的要义在于:要明确休闲体育的含义;必须恰当地引进休闲体育;师资问题应以培训为主,引进为辅;应考虑学生的经济承受能力;应加强休闲体育场馆建设,添置休闲体育器材。Leisure sports is becoming increasingly popular in China for the following reasons： 1 ） people having more leisure time, 2） the economic conditions improving, 3） people＇s growing health awareness, and 4） high-stress lifestyle. The favorable con- ditions for colleges and universities to reform the physical education by introducing leisure sports into their curriculum include that 1 ） students have sufficient time for leisure sports, 2） colleges and universities can provide stadiums and facilities, 3） students have re- alized the importance of health and lifelong exercise, 4） students are under greater pressure from the job market. To successfully re- form the physical education and include leisure sports into the curriculum, we need to 1） have an accurate understanding of leisure sports, 2） introduce it in a proper way, 3） prepare teachers for the challenges presented in this newly emerging sport by providing them with a variety of training opportunities, 4） take into consideration students＇ financial situation, 5） build more and better stadi- ums and purchase more leisure sports equipments.
