高等职业教育人才培养模式改革创新的对策研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国培养数以亿计高技能、高素质的应用型人才的基地,是确保我国经济科学发展、转型升级的重要保证。人才培养目标的实现需要具体人才培养模式的支撑,在经济新常态下如何变革高职教育的人才培养模式,使高职大学生在推动经济社会发展中"能用、好用、实用",成为高职教育研究的重点。本文正是基于此,探讨高职教育人才培养模式的创新,为实现高职教育人才培养目标厚实根基。As the base to provide millions of application- oriented talents with high qualities and skills,higher vocational education plays an important role in scientific development,transition and upgrading of China＇s economy. Since the goals of talent cultivation has to depend on a specific educational mode,studies on higher vocational education have focused on how to reform the mode in the New Normal State to provide qualified students in promoting the development of economy and society. On such a basis,the paper discussed how to lay a foundation to achieve the goals of talent cultivation in higher vocational education by innovating the talent cultivation mode.
