摘 要:在玉米根茬地,利用联合作业机起茬、破茬碎土、垄体深松、灭茬旋耕、起垄整形等多项作业,达到杂豆种植要求,采用大垄平台的栽培模式,改进设计气吸式播种机核心部件,使种子的间距、粒距(株距)及深度都达到精确分布,并在田间进行性能试验。研究结果表明,完全满足了杂豆"大垄平台"高产栽培技术要求,公顷保苗21~25万株·hm^(-2),株距合格率达到98%,且漏播率、重播率较低,播种质量高,满足播种质量的要求。In the maize stubble field,the tillage machine was used for cracking stubble,rotary tillage,deep digging,ridge forming and shaping ridge simultaneously combined with technology of legumes growing requirement.Cultivation pattern was developed by using wide-ridge platform. Improvement design of seed metering device was a core component for the air-suction seeder using agricultural requirements to design seed metering device,the air-suction seeder of spacing and depth was realized and the precision and work efficiency was improved.The field test results showed that seed metering device had good performance,forerunner function and good credibility,it could satisfy wide-ridge platform,the optimum density was 210 000~250 000 seedlings per mu.The machine productivity was 98% rate,its miss index and multiple index were 1.87%,0.8%.The seed metering could meet the requirement of high-speed precision seeding.
