摘　　要：[目的/意义]构建中小企业知识管理能力评价指标体系。[方法/过程]通过文献调研确定一级和二级预选指标,运用德尔菲法对预选指标进行筛选,最终确定评价指标体系。[结果/结论]该评价指标体系目标层有知识管理能力1个指标,准则层有知识获取能力、知识应用能力、知识保护能力和知识共享能力4个指标,措施层有总结工作经验或方法状况等16个指标。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to establish a SMEs＇ knowledge management ability evaluation index system. [Method/process]The paper determines the first class and the second class preselected indexes through document investigation, filters the preselected indexes with Delphi method, and finally establishes the evaluation index system. [Result/conclusion]The target hierarchy of the evaluation index system has an index on knowledge management ability; the criterion hierarchy has 4 indexes on knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge application ability, knowledge protection ability, and knowledge sharing ability; and the operating hierarchy has 16 indexes on summary of experience, methods and so on.
