摘 要:为研究黄芩素铜配合物的合成及黄芩素铜对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果,以黄芩素铝配合物作为对照,测定抑菌圈、96孔板测定最低抑菌浓度。实验结果表明:黄芩素铜配合物的最适摩尔比为1:2;黄芩素铜配合物对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为1 024-2 048μg/m L;黄芩素铝配合物对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为512-1 024μg/m L,黄芩素铝配合物抑菌效果较显著。To study the inhibitory effect of baicalein combined with copper complexation and baicalein copper on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Baicalein aluminum complex was used as control,to determinate bacteriostatic circle and the 96-well plates. Results showed that the most appropriate molar ratio of Baicalein's copper complex was 1:2.The minimum inhibitory concentration of copper complex to Escherichia coli was 1 024 to 2 048μg/mL.And the minimum inhibitory concentration of aluminum complex to Escherichia coli was 1 024 to 2 048μg/mL.Compared with copper complexation, baicalein aluminum complexes were more significant.
