高职院校内部质量保证体系视野下的专业年审制度探析

摘　　要：高等职业院校建立专业年审或类似制度的目的是奠定内部质量保证机制的运行基础。专业年审应以"预期的学习结果"为核心,以定期全面诊断和持续改进为目标,围绕专业人才培养而建立高职院校内部质量保证制度。因而,要顺应外部环境条件影响和人才培养工作内在要求的改变,构建专业与学校各自履行相关责任义务的质量保证体系与保证机制。The establishment of professional annual examination or similar system in higher vocational colleges is to stabilize the running of the internal quality assurance mechanism which is to centre on the ＂expected learning outcomes＂ and aim at periodic comprehensive diagnosis and continuous improvement as well. Thus, the adaption to the variations both in the external environment and the internal requirement in talents cultivation to consolidate quality assurance system and mechanism seems particularly significant.
