摘　　要：通过对高职文秘专业人才培养现状的分析,探讨了构建"素能并重、多岗实训"的现代学徒制文秘人才培养模式的路径。总结了广东农工商职业技术学院文秘专业建立校企合作育人的长效机制,基于工作过程课程体系、"双导师制"等方面构建"素能并重、多岗实训"的现代学徒制文秘人才培养模式的经验。This thesis analyses the present situation of talent cultivation of secretary major in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward ＂Paying equal attention to quality and skills, and apply multi post training＂ as talent training pattern for the construction of Modem Apprenticeship. The thesis also introduces the modem apprenticeship experience of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic such as： the establishment of long-term mechanism school-enterprise cooperation, working process oriented curriculum system, the ＂double tutors＂ construction, and ＂ Paying equal attention to quality and skills, and apply multi post training＂ talent training mode.
