“双师型”背景下高职教师专业成长的个案研究

摘　　要：以一所国家示范性高职院校的经贸类专业教师为研究对象,运用质性研究方式,探讨了在专业成长不同阶段双师型高职教师专业化路径。主要结论是:对于高职教师专业成长来说,教学研究、企业实践是不可分割的两翼,教研水平高低影响"成长阶段"的长短;"创造性合同"既可帮助教师保持职业生涯的活力,又可保证学校具有不断创新的氛围。This thesis investigates how the enhancement in one＇s teaching can positively influence on his professional development, by looking at lecturers in the Finance and Economic Department in a national exemplary vocational college. The finding shows that the lecturers in vocational educational institutions could resituate themselves every 3-5 years among the roles as a teacher, a researcher, an applicator or an all-rounder. It had proved to be beneficial in terms of vitalizing one＇s creativity and building a more balanced relationship between teaching and researching, or further, the societal contributions.
