摘  要:目的了解河北省食源性单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(Lm)脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)基因分型分布特征,建立分子分型数据库,为Lm分子流行病学研究提供资料。方法分别以Apa I和Asc I两种内切酶对食品中分离的57株Lm进行PFGE基因分型检测,并以Bio Numerics Version 6.6软件绘制进化树。结果 57株食源性Lm经Apa I和Asc I双酶切后,可产生32个基因型别(PFGE types,PT),分辨率为0.9 516。优势型别为PT11、PT12、PT5和PT10型。结论河北省食品中污染的Lm菌型分散,来源于不同的克隆株。Objective To analyze the pulsed - field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) types of Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) from foods in Hebei Provinice. Methods 57 strains were genotyped by PFGE with Apa I and Asc I, and the images were processed by cluster analysis using computer BioNumeries Version 6. 6. Results Digestion of DNA with Apa I and Ase I yielded 8 to 15 bands. The 57 Lm were sub-typed into 32 PFGE types(PFGR types, PT), resolution was 0. 9 516, of which PT11, FF12, FF5 and PT10 were the majority. Conclusion The preponderant PTs of Lm isolated in Hebei Province are multiple and the dis- tribution is dispersed, suggesting different clones of the isolates.
