摘  要:目的探讨头颈肿瘤学临床教学中应用PBL联合MDT模式的教学效果。方法选取重庆医科大学2011级口腔专业学生共45人,随机按班级分为对照组(传统教学LBL组)和实验组(PBL联合MDT组),分别按照各组教学方式进行喉癌临床实习教学,比较两组教学效果及教学满意度。结果①实验组理论成绩与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[(41.79±2.59)vs(40.95±2.92),P>0.05],但实验组病例综合分析成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(41.02±3.41)vs(38.00±3.42),P<0.05];②调查问卷分析结果显示:实验组学生满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合MDT模式在头颈肿瘤学临床教学中教学效果好,满意度高,值得推广。Objective To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined with MDT pattern in clinical teaching of head and neck oneology. Methods Selected 45 clinical medicine specialty students of Grade 2011 who were in our hospital for clinical practice. Then they were randomly divided into control group(the traditional teaching group, LBL group) and experimental group(PBL+MDT group) according to their classes. Each group received training of clinical laryngeal can- cer respectively according to the corresponding teaching method. The teaching effects and students satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical test results in experimental group did not significantly differ from those in the control group[(41.79±2.59) vs (40.95±2.92), P〉0.05]. However,the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in score of comprehensive case analysis[(41.02±3.41) vs (38.00±3.42), P〈0.05]. Investigation and analysis showed that the students in the experimental group had significantly greater satis- faction than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL combined with MDT pattern in laryn- geal cancer teaching has obvious effects and obtains good satisfaction.Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
