摘　　要：高校辅导员职业理想是世界观、人生观和价值观在职业奋斗目标上的集中体现,具有超越性、时代性、发展性和稳定性特质,同时还具有导向、激励、提升和支撑功能。特质和功能交互作用,促进高校辅导员的职业化发展,应注重建构科学型、包容型、价值型和创新型的职业理想。College advisors＇ career aspirations reflect their outlooks on the world and on life and their values.They are transcendental,contemporary,developmental and stable.At the same time,they exert guiding,motivating,uplifting and supporting functions.Colleges and universities must help advisors to set scientific,inclusive,value-oriented and creative career aspirations so as to promote their professionalization.
