不同柴油品质对氮氧化物排放的影响分析

摘  要:选用两款柴油发动机,分别为不采用后处理的国Ⅲ柴油发动机和采用SCR后处理系统的国Ⅴ柴油发动机,使用四种不同成分的柴油(国Ⅲ,国Ⅳ,国Ⅴ及费托柴油)进行试验,分析负荷特性、外特性、ESC循环和ETC循环等试验中NO_x的变化趋势。结果表明:国Ⅲ发动机在无后处理条件下燃用四种燃料,部分负荷时各类柴油对NO_x排放影响较小,在外特性时费托柴油低速时NO_x排放高于国标柴油,高速时NO_x排放略低于国标柴油;而采用SCR后处理的国Ⅴ发动机燃用四种燃料,NO_x排放均维持在较低水平,国Ⅲ柴油负荷特性趋势与其他国标柴油略有不同,费托柴油低速大负荷时NO_x排放高于三类国标柴油。This paper chooses two kinds of diesel engines which are GB Ⅲ dieseal engine with no after- treatment system and GB V dieseal engine with SCR after-treatment system respectively. The test uses four kinds of diesel (GB Ⅲ ,GB IV , GB V and fischer-tropsch diesel) with different ingredients. The test conducted the experiment of load characteristics, external characteristic, ESC Test Cycle and ETC Test Cycle to analyze the regularity of NOx emission.The results show that GB Ⅲ diesel engine without aftertreatment fueled with four kinds of diesel had some impact on NOx emission. All kind of diesel has little effect on NOx emissions at part load.The NOx emission of fischer-tropsch diesel is higher than that of GB diesel at low speed and slightly lower than that of GB diesel at high speed. And the GB V engine with SCR aftertreatment system fueled with four kinds of diesel had some impact on NOx emission. The four kinds of fuel can cause lower level of NOx emission, but GB Ⅲ diesel is a little different between other GB diesel at the load characteristics. The NOx emission of fischer-tropsch diesel is higher than others at heavy load.
