摘 要:应用静态吸附和动态吸附法,比较了AB-8,D101,NKA-9,HP-20和X-5五种常见的大孔树脂吸附纯化高粱壳色素的能力,结果表明,AB-8大孔树脂对高粱壳色素的纯化效果较好。通过吸附试验与解吸试验,测得在试验条件下AB-8大孔树脂对高粱壳色素的最佳吸附纯化工艺为:供试液浓度0.15 mg/m L,pH 5,上样量为3 BV,洗脱液为30%乙醇,洗脱液用量4 BV,纯化后,色素纯度为80.90%。Compared the ability of AB-8, D101, NKA-9, HP-20 and X-5, 5 kinds of common macropomus resin adsorption and purification of the pigment from sorghum shell by static adsorption and dynamatic adsorption method. The results showed the resin AB-8 had higher BPSP adsorption capacity to the pigment from sorghum shell. According to adsorption test and desorption test, the optimum purification conditions were as followings: the test solution concentration was 0.15 mg/mL, pH 5, sample the volume of sample was 3 BV, eluant was ethanol 30%, the amount of eluant was 4 BV, the purity of pigment was 80.90%.
