摘  要:以裙带菜孢子叶为原料,经水提、醇沉、脱胶、脱色、冷冻干燥制备裙带菜孢子叶多糖,并研究裙带菜孢子叶多糖对胆酸盐的吸附动力学曲线、等温吸附曲线以及体外降血脂活性。结果表明,裙带菜孢子叶多糖对胆酸盐的结合速度较快,在吸附开始的20 min内已达到吸附平衡量;等温吸附曲线与Langmiur拟合曲线都能较好地描述裙带菜孢子叶多糖对胆酸盐的结合行为,40 mg/m L的裙带菜孢子叶多糖对牛磺胆酸钠的吸附效果与80 mg/m L的考来烯胺相近,说明裙带菜孢子叶多糖具有良好的体外降血脂活性。Sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida was used as raw materials. Polysaccharides from the sporophyll of Undaria pinnatifida (PSUP) were prepared thorough water extraction, alcohol precipitation, degumming, decolorizing and frozen drying. And study the adsorption kinetic curves of PSUP on bile salts, isothermal adsorption curve and hypolipidemic activity in vitro. The results indicated that combination rate of PSUP and bile salts was quick, the adsorption had reached the amount of adsorption equilibrium at the beginning 20 min; Isothermal adsorption curve and Langmiur curve could describe the bonding behavior of PSUP with bile salts. The adsorption effect of PSUP with the concentration of 40 mg/mL was similar to cotyledon with the concentration of 80 mg/mL. These results explained that PSUP had good hypolipidemic activity in vitro.
