摘 要:通过QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS法快速测定辣椒中30种常用农药残留。该法先采用乙腈从辣椒中振荡提取的各残留农药,经过PAA、无水MgSO4吸附净化后,再利用LC-MS/MS检测。结果表明,待测定的30种农药在5.0,10.0和20.0μ/kg三个加标水平下,平均回收率为59.0%-118.3%,相对标准偏差为0.2%-12.6%,线性方程的相关系数膏达到0.9957-0.9999。该方法具有简便快捷、成本低、效率高等优点,可为当前辣椒中多农药残留检测提供新的高效方法。30 kinds of pesticides residue in cayenne pepper were simultaneously determined by the method of QuEChERS- LC-MS/MS. In this method, the pesticides residue was extracted from cayenne pepper by shaking with acetonitrile firstly, and then was purified by PSA and anhydrous MgSO4, finally the sample solvent was detected by LC-MS/MS. The results showed that the average recovery of 30 pesticides ranged from 59.0% to 118.3% in spiked level of 5, 10 and 20 μg/kg, with relative standard deviation from 0.2% to 12.6%, and the correlation coefficient of the linear equation reached 0.995 7 to 0.999 9. This method was simple, cheap and efficient, which could provide a new and highly efficient method for the testing of multiple pesticides residue in cayenne pepper.
