摘　　要：根据目标要求,对医学检验技术专业示范实验实训中心进行了构建与教学实践.就以下问题进行了阐述:加强实验实训室硬件建设,创新实验室管理制度;加强双师型师资队伍建设;构建"五个结合"的多维度实践教学体系;编写基于"任务驱动、项目导向"的专业特色教材.通过上述举措,专业教学团队取得丰硕成果,学生职业能力培养取得较大进步.According to the target requirements,the paper analyzes the construction and teaching practice of the demonstration experiment and training center of medical laboratory technology specialty.It expounds how to strengthen the hardware construction of laboratory and innovate laboratory management system,how to strengthen the construction of teachers,how to construct multidimensional practice teaching system,how to construct multi dimensional practice teaching system with The Five Combinations and how to edit special teaching materials based on the Task-driven and Project-oriented.Through the above measures,the professional teaching team has achieved fruitful results and students have made great progress in vocational ability training.
