摘　　要：国外发达国家高职教育校企合作进程比我国早,在长期的校企合作实践过程中,已经形成了各具特色的高职教育校企合作发展机制。文章梳理了国外发达国家高职教育校企合作成功经验,分析了我国高职教育校企合作与发达国家的差距,在此基础上提出了有助于我国高职教育校企合作长效机制构建的重要启示。The process of school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education in developed countries is earlier than that in China, and in the process of long-term school enterprise cooperation practice, it has formed a distinctive school enterprise cooperation mechanism. This paper reviews successful cooperation experience of vocational education school enterprise in the foreign developed countries, analyzes the gap between our country higher vocational school enterprise cooperation and that in developed countries, and puts forward the important revelation to help to build a long-acting mechanism for school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Education in our country.
