摘　　要：随着新建本科院校转型发展,教师队伍转型迫在眉睫,教学能力提升更是重中之重。文献法分析高等院校教师教学能力结构、教学能力形成、教学能力培养的研究进展,查找新建本科院校教师教学能力培养存在的问题,可以为新建本科院校构建特色鲜明、富有成效的教师教学能力培养体系奠定基础。The transformation of the teaching staff is imminent, and their teaching abilities are important with the transformation and development of new universities. This article analyzed the structure and formation of teaching ability of teachers in universities through the literature method. The problems of teaching ability training have been found. This is the foundation for building a distinctive and productive training system of teaching ability of teachers.
