新常态下高职院校实施创新创业教育的路径选择

摘　　要：通过介绍"大众创业、万众创新"提出的新常态背景,分析了新常态下创业与创新的内涵及其相互关系。文章审视了高职院校创新创业教育的现状及其存在的问题,认为在经济发展新常态下,高职院校必须结合高职教育的规律和特点以及大学生的特点和实际推进创新创业教育,从转变职业教育理念、健全创新创业教育体制机制、加强创新创业课程体系建设、加强创新创业师资队伍建设、构建科学的创新创业实践体系、营造促进创新创业的校园文化环境和健全创新创业教育保障体系等方面,探索出高职院校实施创新创业教育的路径。Through the introduction of the new normal background of＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, this paper analyzes the connotations of entrepreneurship and innovation and their interrelationships. This paper also examines the Status quo and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges. To promote practical innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new normal economy, higher vocational colleges should combine the regular patterns and characteristics of higher vocational education with the characteristics of college students. Higher vocational colleges should explore the path of implementation of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational colleges by changing the concept of vocational education, establishing and improving the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, strengthening the construction of the curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation, enhancing the construction of teaching staff of innovation and entrepi＇eneurship, constructing a rational practice system of innovation and entrepreneurship, creating a favorable campus environment innovation, and establishing and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education security system.
