摘  要:文章介绍了主诊医师负责制的背景,并对其在我国的实施现状、局限性进行了分析,认为目前在我国施行的主诊医师负责制存在着医患沟通欠缺、因科室主任权力有所削弱导致管理难度增大,以及主诊组之间团队协作精神减弱造成医疗安全隐患等问题。据此,建议今后在进一步推进主诊医师负责制时,应采取科主任领导下的主诊医师负责制;注意强化专科专病发展理念;实行主诊医师竞争上岗,实行绩效考核后动态进出等对策,以保证主诊医师负责制在我国的顺利推行。The paper introduces the background of attending physician responsibility system and analyzes its implementation status and limitations in China. The following problems are thought to exist in the attending physician responsibility system currently implemented in China: poor communication between doctors and patients, large management difficulty due to the weakening of section director's power, and potential medical safety hazards caused by the poor teamwork spirit between attending groups. On this ground, it is suggested to adopt attending physician responsibility system under the leadership of section director, pay attention to the enhancement of the development idea of specialized departments and special diseases, carry out competition for the position of attending physician, and implementing dynamic entry and exit after performance appraisal so as to ensure the smooth implementation of attending physician responsibility system in China.
